Deleting your Chirp account is permanent. It removes every kid profile, task, completion record, and uploaded photo from our systems. You can do it yourself in the app in under a minute, or email us and we'll handle it for you.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open Chirp and enter Parent Mode.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and all data are permanently removed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in record
- All kid profiles, names, and avatars
- Every task, schedule, and reward you created
- Your full completion and approval history
- All uploaded photo proofs
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We remove all associated data within 30 days, except records we are required by law to keep (such as tax records for completed subscription transactions).
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Apple manages billing, so if you're on Chirp Family, cancel separately in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to stop future charges.
Prefer we do it for you?
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and remove everything within 30 days.
